Robert Torres was very punctual in his arrival time. Arrived 20 minutes before time. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the work he did. He cleaned up his area very well; removed all debris. We will recommend The Rock Plumbing Company to family and friends!! Very satisfied with the beautiful job he did on our kitchen faucet; beautiful updated faucet! Thank you

Great customer recovery! I originally gave a not-so-great review of this company due to some scheduling conflicts, some inconveniences that resulted due to that, and a misunderstanding between myself and the company, but afterwards the owner Joe reached out to me and worked things out. He lowered our bill pretty decently, and when they had to come out for a follow-up appointment to replace another part under the kitchen sink, they didn't charge us for it!

Austin was fantastic and so was Zach, the dispatcher, as we worked through issues related to my gas supply line and regulator. The Rock plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I will definitely call them for my plumbing needs whether it is covered by my home warranty or not.

First, let's talk about punctuality! I My appointment was for 1 pm and Austin arrived at 12:58! I was super impressed. And, when I was quoted the work would take 2 hours, Austin was finished in exactly 2 hours. I appreciate punctuality, thoroughness, and strict attention to detail. Austin even got the water pressure on the hot side of my sink adjusted after he finished installing my water heater. I am totally satisfied with his work, and I would recommend The Rock Plumbing to anyone. Great service, fast service, and good pricing 👍👍
